Sauna Procedures


1.  Consult your doctor if you are unsure whether you should be using an infrared sauna.

2.  Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your sauna session.

3.  Shower before your sauna session. This will allow for increased perspiration, and therefore optimal benefits.

4.  Please wear a bathing suit or workout clothes while using the sauna.

5.  Wait at least 15 minutesafter exercise before using the sauna.

6.  Two towels should be used at all times to prevent damage to our sauna, one under your feet and one to sit on.

~ You are more than welcome to bring your own towel.

~ Another towel can be used to wipe off excessive perspiration and help the body perspire more freely.

7.  Opening the roof vent or door allows fresh air to enter the sauna.

8.  You are more than welcome to enjoy additional time in the sauna, but please notify salon staff and be aware that this will increase the cost of your session.

9.  If you feel dizzy or lightheaded at any point, 
EXIT THE SAUNA IMMEDIATELYAND INFORM SALON STAFF.
